An appraisal is the following a schema following informed processing of a proof and always includes the following key points:

6) directories, literature, legal norms, illustrations, annexes
Checklist - Quality criteria for reports:
Cover page containing the letterhead of the appraiser with details of the areas of expertise (scope of competence), the description of the specified core task, various file numbers and clear name of the client
o General impression - Careful implementation, traceability
o Meaningful table of contents
o Details on SV assignment Order type (verbal, written, outline agreement, possibly cost specification, advance payment etx.)
o description of the contractual relationship between the appraiser and the client,
o Type of appraisal (expert opinion, expertise, expert opinion, form certificate etc.)
o reason of the review (criminal case, prosecutorial investigation, civil process, non-litigious matter, private appraisal etx.)
o Task Context - Interfaces to other reviewers, assistants, or other key persons
o Time specifications -Order assignment, order time frame (time specification), date of the findings, key dates, date of completion
o Detailed description and breakdown of the task to the appraiser (subject specification)
o Accepted assumptions including reference references and justification why these assumptions are correct
o Variant formation, decision-making - or exclusion of the need for variant formation
o Comprehensive examination, references to sources, description of own experiments, fact-finding procedure, research procedure, methodology in the determination of the investigation
Expert analysis based on findings and experience
o Summary of the results found (matching order) including signature, date and seal
o If necessary, information on safety, uncertainty of the statement found (beyond doubt, with certainty, with almost certainty, with high probability etx.)
o Possible mention Justification of necessary deviations from the order (reduction - extension)
o List of auxiliary agents used, measuring equipment, consumables etx.
o List of abbreviations, glossary, explanation of technical terms

o Legal register, standardization, state of the art - List of relevant legal and scientific requirements
o References to exclusions of liability, possibly limitation to the use and passing on of the appraiser
o Referencing of appraisal appendices (record of findings, articles of assignment, photograph, files, evidence, measuring records etx.)
